Mail Orders
Mail orders must be placed using Money Orders or Personal Checks. All mail orders will be expedited by UPS Standard Ground unless additional funds are allocated for express delivery. Mail orders are expedited within 24 hours from the time the check or money order clears in the bank.

Orders received before 4:00 P.M. EST are expedited the same day. Orders received after 4:00 P.M. EST are shipped the following business day.


International Shipping
International Orders are shipped by *US Post Global Express Mail; all duties, fees, or taxes imposed by customs are the responsibility of the recipient. We deliver to most countries throughout the world; please contact us if your country is not listed on the order page. It is important to note that authorities in many countries will inspect the package before they allow the item's entry; The Cure Shop is not responsible for any delays, charges or changes in the package appearance related to these inspections.

Refund Policy
Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal. You may return any item shipped by The Cure Shop for a credit or refund, keeping the following in mind:

You should return the item to us within 14 days of receipt.

Before returning a product please call to obtain a Return Authorization number,

A restocking fee of 10% of will be applied to the value of returned merchandise.


If product is used or in non resellable condition, money will not be credited to your account. To get the products back you will be responsible for the shipping charges.

We do not accept items back that have been opened or used.
We'll provide free return shipping if your return is the result of our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item, etc.). If product is damaged return product to The Cure Pharmacy and you will receive the new shipment, free of charge, within 1 week of receipt of the returned goods.

If your return is not the result of our error, a return postage fee will apply. Once your return has been received, a credit or refund will be issued within 15 days.
