SHIPPING AND HANDLING
All orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped no later then within 48 hrs from the time an order is received (subject to stock availability and local holidays and postal schedule). Delivery times to foreign destination will vary between 3 and 15 business days. The recipient is responsible for all taxes and tariffs. If you are paying by credit card please note that your card will be debited at the time of the order, so that we can ensure that your card is valid and that there are sufficient funds in the account to pay for ordered products.
The Cure Shop will make every reasonable effort to deliver your purchase to you in a timely and correct fashion. If however due to your error we are provided with a wrong shipping address and the package is returned to The Cure Shop, you agree to pay the shipping charges to resend your package to the correct address plus a 2nd shipping charge equal to the shipping & handling fee on your order.

RETURNS POLICY
Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal. You may return any item shipped by The Cure Shop for a credit or refund, keeping the following in mind:
You should return the item to us within 14 days of receipt.
Before returning a product please call to obtain a Return Authorization number,

A restocking fee of 10% of will be applied to the value of returned merchandise.
If product is used or in non resellable condition, money will not be credited to yout account.
To get the products back you will be responsible for the shipping charges.
We do not accept items back that have been opened or used.
We'll provide free return shipping if your return is the result of our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item, etc.). If product is damaged return product to The Cure Pharmacy and you will receive the new shipment, free of charge, within 1 week of receipt of the returned goods.
If your return is not the result of our error, a return postage fee will apply. Once your return has been received, a credit or refund will be issued within 15 days.
